Steve had a wound on his back
so his owner thought he would "fire" it with a hot iron. Needless to say Steve
panicked with the searing pain. The hot iron burnt him in different places as a result of
his panic. Somehow, during the mayhem, he fractured his elbow.
This was a difficult case because the leg
needed to be splinted but due to the terrible wounds on the leg we had to be very careful.
Steve made an excellent recovery. His nick name is "Feed time no friend" as he
turns into a kicking machine if anyone comes near him when he is eating!
